It’s always one great adventure photographing a wedding somewhere new, as it’s so exciting plus being in Derbyshire, it’s on my doorstep pretty much, as I’m based in Derbyshire myself.

Derbyshire has so many fantastic wedding venues to choose from and this one is no exception. The wedding was to take place at the lovely White Hart Inn at Moorwood Moor, near Alfreton in Derbyshire. I was seconding at this wedding with fellow photographer Christina Michelle Photography. There wasn’t any groom preps to photograph so I pretty much got on with photographing the little details, candid and guest arrivals. Yes guests do ask if I’ll take a picture and yes I will most certainly oblige! I may be more of a natural wedding photographer but portraits with loved ones are equally as important as the candid, more natural stuff. I’m just not a portrait photographer!

The White Hart Inn is right in the heart of the countryside furnished with its own bar and private terrace for guests to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. It really is a stunning venue and I’m so honoured I got to assist with a wedding here. I won’t ramble on too much so will share the day via my vision as a wedding photographer:-
