The Ashes Barn Wedding - Endon Staffordshire
A rustic wedding barn set in the Staffordshire countryside and it really is as beautiful as it sounds. It is a very charming place and I do love photographing weddings at The Ashes wedding barns.

Amble up the mile long, tree-lined, private driveway through golden fields of corn and lush grassland, over a 17th century stone bridge and you begin to appreciate the charm of this stunning countryside wedding venue.”
It was my first visit in many years to The Ashes Barn in Endon and yes a few things had changed in that time. The ceremony and dining barns not so much but the Old Dairy was now the bride and groom’s wedding room and there was now a separate place for the bride and her wedding party to get ready in. Not only that, the house that the venue owners lived in (so long ago now - I’m going back to 2011 which was my first ever visit) is now beautiful accommodation for some of the wedding guests.
This wedding though, I was there to give my good friend Deb from Stott Weddings a hand in the capacity of as a second photographer, another of my roles. My day began with the groom preps at a nearby cottage and I finished after the speeches. This was a beautiful wedding to document all the same and I do love working with Deb. We’re a great team and work so well together. We’re definitely up for giggles and love what we do. So the chances are if you book me and a second, it may well be Deb that seconds for me.
